Speech Language Pathologist in Bolingbrook, IL

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide services within a K-12 school setting in Bolingbrook, IL. This contract role spans the current school year and offers the opportunity to support diverse student populations in development and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Provide direct therapy services to students across all grade levels K-12.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with educational guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the creation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license with required certifications.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
- Prior experience working in school-based settings with K-12 students.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff.
- Ability to manage caseloads and document services efficiently.
Location and Duration:
- Position based in Bolingbrook, Illinois.
- Contract role for the duration of the current school year.
