A 40-hour per week Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the upcoming school year, serving a middle school setting supporting K-12 students in Cibolo, TX. This contract role will involve providing specialized speech therapy services under SLPA supervision to students requiring speech and language support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech therapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to optimize student communication outcomes
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and treatment plans
- Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in accordance with state guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and assist with IEP development and implementation
Qualifications:
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License (SLP) required
- Experience working with school-age children (K-12) preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with school-based speech therapy practices and compliance standards

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
