This opportunity is for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to provide essential services in a K-12 public school setting located in Anchorage, Alaska. The contract assignment runs from ASAP through May 22, 2026, offering a full-time onsite role supporting students primarily at the elementary level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy and support services to students across approximately two schools
  • Manage an average caseload of 47 students, focusing on individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with educators and other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must hold valid Alaska certification and licensure as an SLP or SLPA
  • Previous experience working in a K-12 school environment strongly preferred
  • Skilled in assessing and treating speech and language disorders in children
  • Ability to work full-time onsite, Monday through Friday, 8.5 hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break

Location:

  • Anchorage, Alaska, onsite assignment within public school district facilities
