ProCare Therapy is seeking a driven, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support one of our partner school districts for the upcoming 2025–2026 academic year. Job Summary:

Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
-
Schedule: Full-Time (standard school hours, 5 days/week)
-
School Calendar: 180-day contract aligned with the district calendar
-
Contract Type: Full school year, with potential for renewal
-
Location: Onsite at assigned school(s) — strictly no virtual or VOCO arrangements

Start Date: Beginning of the 2025–2026 New School Year (NSY)

Caseload: Specific details including student population, therapy types, and school level will be confirmed soon
Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to students in compliance with IEP requirements
-
Conduct speech-language evaluations, screenings, and re-evaluations
-
Write and update IEPs in collaboration with the special education team
-
Document therapy sessions, maintain service logs, and prepare progress reports
-
Support student development in speech, language, fluency, articulation, and social communication
-
Work collaboratively with teachers, special educators, school psychologists, and families
-
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and multidisciplinary planning sessions as needed

Stay informed and compliant with state and federal special education regulations
Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
-
Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) in the applicable state

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
-
New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship (CF) may be considered with strong clinical experience
-
Prior experience in school settings is a plus
-
Must be willing and able to work onsite throughout the contract term — no exceptions
