Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an SLP within California schools
- At least 1 year of experience with Special Education Information System (SEIS)
- Preferred experience supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and facilitators
- Proven ability to manage a high caseload effectively
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; new clinicians at the CF level will be considered, but SLPAs are not eligible
- Onsite presence required for full engagement with students and staff
Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of approximately 60-65 students, including 25-30 speech-only cases
- Collaborating with an SLPA to support the caseload and enhance intervention delivery
- Providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning in alignment with district protocols
- Maintaining detailed documentation and adherence to compliance standards
- Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Benefits and Work Schedule:
