- Bilingual: Must be fluent in Spanish and English

- Proficiency in individualized assessment, intervention planning, and documentation
- Effective collaboration skills to work with teachers, families, and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored for individual education program (IEP) goals
- Provide bilingual support, ensuring that Spanish-speaking students and families fully engage in the evaluation and therapy process
- Collaborate with educators and administration to integrate speech and language strategies into classrooms
- Maintain detailed records of student progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Educate families and caregivers on student needs, progress, and home support strategies
