Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech-Language and Hearing Sciences, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a closely related discipline.
- Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual student needs.
- Knowledge of IEP development and documentation is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment results and educational needs.
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students individually or in small groups.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely reports.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring.
- Provide consultation and resources to staff and families regarding speech-language disorders and therapy strategies.
