A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the remainder of the 2026 school year, serving elementary students in a supportive educational environment. This contract position runs from January 5th through May 29th, 2026, with a commitment of 2.5 days per week, providing therapy services primarily to students in grades Pre-K through 5th.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to elementary students with IEPs and RTI plans.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement effective communication interventions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and comply with school and state regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student-centered planning to support academic success.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Illinois State Licensure.
- Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement.
- Experience working with Pre-K to 5th grade students.
- Familiarity with educational speech therapy assessment and intervention processes.
