About the Role
VocoVision is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual speech therapy services to K–12 students across Illinois. This remote opportunity allows you to deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy from the comfort of your home while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff.

Provide engaging and interactive virtual therapy sessions through a secure teletherapy platform.

Track and document student progress, maintaining accurate and timely reports.

Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements for Speech-Language Pathologists in Illinois:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.

Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR).

Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Speech-Language Pathology endorsement issued by the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE).

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (preferred, not required).

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a school-based or teletherapy setting (preferred).

Strong communication, time management, and technology skills.
