An immediate opening is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services in a school setting located in Bolingbrook, IL. This contract position offers a 32.5-hour workweek starting ASAP through the end of the school year (EOSY). The role involves delivering onsite speech-language services to students, with the exact caseload and grade levels to be determined.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students across various grade levels
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed documentation
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student evaluations as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement for the state of Illinois required
- Experience in schools, with preferred skills including Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), pediatrics, healthcare, clinical fellowship year (CFY), and school-based practice
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work onsite in a school environment
