A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support a 2nd grade student at an elementary school in Crestwood, IL. This role offers a focused caseload with the potential to increase therapy minutes based on student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized speech-language therapy for a 2nd grade student.
- Deliver 100 minutes of direct therapy weekly, with the option to request additional time.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support communication goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Valid CCC certification for Speech-Language Pathologists is preferred.
- Open to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants with appropriate credentials.
- Experience working in an elementary school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Availability for an immediate start.
Location and Duration:
- Position is based in Crestwood, IL.
- School calendar year (CSY) contract.
