Pediatric School Speech Therapist - Naperville, Illinois

- Background in pediatric or school-based settings

Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings and comprehensive evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with varied speech-language needs
- Provide direct therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups
- Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for students
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with all district and state guidelines
