About the Role:
We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (bilingual preferred) for the 2025–2026 school year to serve K-12 students in Elgin, IL. This role focuses on providing culturally responsive speech and language services, evaluations, and support to diverse student populations. The ideal candidate will bring both clinical expertise and the ability to foster strong communication skills in multilingual learners.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language services to K–12 students.

Conduct bilingual evaluations, assess language proficiency, and develop IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and support teams to ensure culturally and linguistically appropriate services.

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district, state, and ASHA standards.
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).

Current Illinois SLP license.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Previous school-based or bilingual caseload experience strongly preferred.
