ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position in Chicago Heights, IL for the 2025–2026 school year. This role serves a diverse PreK–12 caseload, supporting students’ speech, language, and communication development in a collaborative school environment.
We welcome applications from both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs). Supervision and mentorship are available.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations for PreK–12 students
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy in individual and small group settings
-
Address communication needs including:

Articulation and phonological disorders
-
Receptive and expressive language delays
-
Fluency and voice disorders
-
Pragmatic/social communication challenges

Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, families, and multidisciplinary professionals

Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
-
Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences

Active Illinois SLP license or eligibility by start date

CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply (supervision provided)

Experience with PreK–12 student populations preferred
