Speech-Language Pathologist Opening – Full-Time Virginia K–12 Schools
A Virginia school district is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join its team immediately and provide direct services through the end of the school year. This position serves a K–12 student population and offers a structured, collaborative environment for clinicians who want to make a meaningful impact.
Position Snapshot
•?Start: As soon as possible
•?End: End of current school year (renewal possible)
•?Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
•?Caseload model (not workload-based)
•?K–12 student range
•?Itinerant travel may be part of the role; mileage is reimbursed
Primary Responsibilities
•?Provide direct therapy services to students across assigned sites
•?Conduct evaluations, assessments, and manage referrals
•?Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff
•?Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Qualifications
•?Current or pending Virginia SLP license
•?Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
•?School-based experience is a plus, but not required
•?Open to CFYs and recent graduates
