Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Chester, PA

Qualifications & Requirements:
Applicants must meet all state and local certification requirements, including:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Current Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology License issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Examiners in Speech-Language and Hearing.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred (Clinical Fellows may also be considered).
-
Educational Specialist – Speech/Language Pathologist Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE).

Successful completion of state and federal background checks, FBI fingerprinting, and child abuse clearances as required by PDE.

Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and provide speech, language, and communication assessments for students.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
-
Deliver therapy services directly to students in both individual and group settings.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
-
Maintain detailed documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with district and state requirements.

Provide strategies to support inclusive learning environments.
