Blazer Jobs is currently seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based opportunities throughout Pennsylvania for the 2025–2026 school year. From Philadelphia and Pittsburgh to the Lehigh Valley, Harrisburg, Erie, and rural districts in between, we’re connecting SLPs with schools where they can make a meaningful difference in students’ lives.

Position Details:

  • Location: K–12 public schools throughout Pennsylvania

  • Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available

  • Pay: Competitive hourly rates, paid weekly via direct deposit

  • Employment Type: W-2 contract for the 2025–2026 academic year

  • Renewal Potential: High chance of extension based on district need and performance


Requirements:

  • Active (or in-process) Pennsylvania SLP license

  • Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) certification or willingness to obtain

  • Prior school or pediatric experience is preferred

  • Must complete required background checks and district onboarding protocols

What You’ll Do:

As a school-based SLP in Pennsylvania, you’ll evaluate students, write and implement IEP-driven therapy plans, deliver individual and group therapy, and collaborate closely with educators and families to ensure students receive the support they need.
