Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in the Virginia Beach area. This role begins at the start of the second semester and offers an exciting opportunity to support students across multiple school locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, professional flexibility, and a passion for helping students reach their communication goals.
Position Details:

Number of Schools: Multiple (specific locations TBD)

Caseload / Age Group: TBD – to be determined prior to start of assignment

Work Type: On-site only (no hybrid, remote, or SLPA options)
Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support student progress

Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation

Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Virginia SLP License (required prior to start date)

ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
-
Prior school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
