What You’ll Do

Conduct speech and language evaluations for K–12 students
-
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy and consultative services
-
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
-
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with Virginia state and district standards
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active Virginia SLP license (or eligibility to obtain; support provided)
-
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; strong CF candidates encouraged to apply

School-based or pediatric experience preferred
-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Compensation & Benefits
Local Contracts (W-2)

$53–$62/hour (based on experience and credentials)
