Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Active South Carolina SLP License with SC DOE Certification
- Prior experience in school-based settings is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments and implement individualized treatment plans for students in grades Pre-K through primary
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other professionals to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on goals and student achievements
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions onsite at the primary school or virtually if needed
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a supportive school culture
