Speech Therapist in Cleveland, TN
Provide speech-language support for elementary school students in a full-time, on-site capacity within the Chattanooga area. This assignment focuses on delivering therapy, conducting evaluations, and participating in relevant meetings to support K-12 students’ communication needs. The role requires working at 1-3 campuses depending on caseload, primarily serving elementary-aged children.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Tennessee Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) necessary
- Tennessee Department of Education teaching certification preferred
- Experience working with school-age children, especially elementary levels
- Ability to manage caseload, complete evaluations, develop and implement therapy plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with educators, families, and team members
Location and Schedule:
- Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, serving local elementary schools
- Full-time schedule of 35-37.5 hours per week
- On-site position with no remote or hybrid work options
- Contract term through the current school year, with assignments running through May 21, 2026
Responsibilities:
