Your Role as an SLP
-
Provide speech and language therapy services to K–12 students
-
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams to support student progress
-
Track student growth and maintain documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
-
Empower students to build communication skills and confidence
Qualifications (Tennessee)
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Tennessee SLP license (CCC) and Active DOE Tennessee Certification
-
Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills
