Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Chattanooga, TN Area
Full-Time | ASAP – May 21, 2026
Position Overview:
We are seeking three experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to provide therapy services to elementary school students in the Chattanooga area. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week through the end of the 2025–2026 school year.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations for elementary-aged students

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
-
Provide direct therapy and attend meetings

Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists
-
Maintain accurate documentation of progress and services provided
Qualifications:

Active Tennessee SLP license and CCC’s required
-
Experience with elementary school caseloads preferred
-
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
-
School-based experience a plus
Compensation:
Compensation for this position ranges from $50 to $60 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
