About the Position
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services to students in the Keswick, VA area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, student-focused environment, helping children develop essential communication skills for success in school and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Virginia state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is a plus, but not required.
