ProCare Therapy is actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025–2026 school year to serve K–12 students across North Carolina. We partner with public school districts, charter organizations, and educational collaboratives to provide comprehensive speech and language services that promote student learning and success.

Qualifications

Active or in-progress North Carolina SLP license

ASHA CCC or CF eligibility

School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Must meet state and district background check requirements
Position Details

Compensation: $2,100–$2,500 weekly (based on experience and location)

Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language screenings and evaluations

Develop and implement individualized IEPs and therapy plans

Provide direct therapy services and progress monitoring

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Participate in IEP meetings and RTI/MTSS support
