A K-12 school in Monroe, NC is seeking a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a strong background in school-based therapy to join their team for the current school year on a contract basis. This role is ideal for professionals who hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and have experience working with students across the full K-12 spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12 to support their communication development.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions in compliance with school policies and regulations.
