Opportunity Overview
Are you open to traveling for the right school-based role? We’re actively hiring licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to work in Aurora, Colorado for the 2025–2026 school year. Full-time and part-time openings are available, serving students in K–12 settings. Onsite candidates will be prioritized, and professionals from outside the area are encouraged to apply. Travel stipends are available to help support your relocation or commute.
What You’ll Do

Deliver direct therapy services to students across elementary, middle, or high school levels

Conduct assessments and evaluations
-
Write and implement IEPs and monitor student progress

Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district standards
Requirements
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Colorado SLP license (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
-
ASHA CCCs preferred; strong CFs will be considered

Prior school-based experience is a plus
Pay & Compensation
-
Hourly rate: $42–$46/hour, depending on experience and caseload

Higher compensation may be considered for specialized experience or high-need assignments

Travel stipends are available for qualified candidates relocating or commuting
