About the Role
Are you a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about helping students communicate with confidence and succeed—virtually? We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced SLP to provide teletherapy services to K–12 students throughout West Virginia. This fully remote position allows you to work from home while delivering high-quality, evidence-based speech and language services in collaboration with educators, families, and school teams across the state.
What You’ll Do

Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication skills

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEP and educational goals

Deliver engaging, research-based teletherapy sessions via secure online platforms

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support and monitor student progress

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, sessions, and progress reports
What You’ll Need

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

Active West Virginia SLP license issued by the West Virginia Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology

West Virginia Department of Education (WVDE) certification for school-based Speech-Language Pathologists (or eligibility to obtain)

Experience providing virtual or school-based speech therapy preferred
