A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide FMLA leave coverage at a K-12 school in Charleston, SC. This contract role begins ASAP and continues through January.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders for students across K-12 grades
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom settings
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress
- Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as required
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC credentials
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage caseload independently with a focus on student outcomes
Location: Charleston, South Carolina
