Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; create and implement customized IEPs to support students' development.
- Deliver direct therapy services, track progress, and adjust treatment plans as required to meet student goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to ensure effective communication support.
- Conduct screenings, maintain thorough records, and engage in team planning meetings for comprehensive support.
- Advocate for students, provide staff training, and stay engaged in professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Illinois Speech Language Pathologist license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
