Position: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Role Overview: Full-time 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Assessments: Support SLPs during evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.

  • Implement Therapy Plans: Carry out individualized treatment plans designed by SLPs to address specific needs.

  • Conduct Therapy Sessions: Provide direct therapy, both individually and in groups, focusing on improving communication skills.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of progress and session activities.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with SLPs, educators, and families to support success.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in a speech-language pathology assistant program or a bachelor's degree in communication sciences and disorders.

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.

  • Experience in a clinical or educational setting is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
