Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (required)
- Eligible for or in the process of completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Provisional state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Texas
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload
- Excellent communication abilities and a genuine drive to support student needs
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to collaborate with a diverse educational team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech, language, and communication support to students individually or in small groups
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique strengths and areas for growth
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
- Pursue professional growth, taking advantage of the robust support network specifically designed for CFY SLPs
