Begin your career as a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow in California’s K–12 school system! This role offers hands-on experience, strong mentorship, and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while completing your Clinical Fellowship year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy for students with speech and language needs.
- Conduct assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to enhance student outcomes.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain documentation in compliance with state guidelines.
- Receive structured supervision and mentorship to meet all CF requirements.
Qualifications:

Active California State SLP License (required)
- Eligible for Clinical Fellowship.
- California Licensure
- California CTC (Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential) or eligibility to obtain it for school-based settings.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- (Preferred) Prior school-based experience, familiarity with IEPs, or bilingual proficiency.
Compensation and Benefits:
