Speech-Language Pathologist – Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF)

We are seeking passionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFs) to join our school-based teams across the United States. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates looking to complete their Clinical Fellowship Year in a supportive, dynamic, and collaborative educational environment.
Whether you're just graduating or transitioning into the school setting, we welcome SLP-CF candidates who are eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language services to students under the supervision of a licensed and ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist.

Conduct screenings, assessments, and therapy sessions (individual and group) as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Develop and implement therapy goals aligned with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
-
Monitor and document student progress toward speech and language goals.
-
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success.
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and service planning.
-
Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.

Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practice during the CF year.
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Eligibility for state licensure and Clinical Fellowship registration.
-
Strong foundational knowledge of speech and language development, assessment, and intervention.
-
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
-
Commitment to working with diverse student populations in a school-based setting.
-
Understanding of IDEA and special education services preferred (training provided if needed).
Preferred Experience:

Graduate-level practicum or internship in a school or pediatric setting.

Experience collaborating with educational teams and families.
