Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for Texas licensure and completion of clinical fellowship year requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for serving school-aged children
- A strong drive for collaborative practice, creative problem-solving, and self-motivation
- Ability to manage time effectively and independently
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students, both individually and in small groups
- Assess, document, and monitor student progress towards IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise for collaborative goal-setting and planning
- Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship from experienced SLPs
