Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or pending Texas SLP licensure/credentials for Clinical Fellowship
- Strong communication abilities with students, peers, and families
- Desire to contribute to a supportive multidisciplinary team
- Organization and independence in managing schedules and caseloads
- Passion for improving student outcomes and advocating for access to services
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment and therapy services for students with diverse communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers and families
- Maintain diligent records and progress reports per school and regulatory standards
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and parent communication
- Foster an inclusive, supportive environment to facilitate each student’s success
- Take initiative in developing clinical skills with guidance from experienced SLPs
