This full-time, onsite-only role offers robust support and supervision for new graduates eager to begin their careers in a school-based setting with a K–12 caseload.
Position Overview:

Supervision: Provided by experienced CCC-SLPs
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments under supervision

Develop and deliver therapy based on IEP goals

Provide individual and group sessions to support communication development

Collaborate with educators and parents to support student growth

Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
-
Florida state SLP licensure or eligibility
-
Strong communication and time management skills
-
Passion for working with school-aged children
