Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders required
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Motivated self-starter with independent time management skills
- Eagerness to collaborate with a dynamic school team
- Passion for assisting children in need and promoting accessible speech services
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and therapy to students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Work closely with educators, families, and other service providers
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and goal planning
- Seek support and feedback from mentor SLPs throughout your CFY
