A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) role is available within a K-12 educational setting, supporting students aged 5-18 across six different sites including elementary, middle, and high schools, a residential treatment facility, an alternative school, and a Head Start program. This contract position covers the full school year with a 35-hour workweek over five days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapy services for a diverse student population across multiple sites
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication needs
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school guidelines
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Candidates currently completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY-SLP) will be considered with a provisional license
- Experience working with school-age children (K-12)
- Ability to provide services in-person; virtual or assistant roles not accepted
