Are you a new graduate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) ready to begin your Clinical Fellowship (CFY)? We are looking for passionate school-based SLP-CFYs to join a supportive educational team in Washington. This full-time opportunity offers structured mentorship, hands-on learning, and a collaborative school environment where you can thrive!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in an elementary or middle school setting.
- Partner with an experienced CCC-SLP mentor for one-on-one guidance throughout your CFY.
- Assess and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student progress.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and intervention planning.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or nearing graduation).
- Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) in Washington.
- Washington SLP license (or in the process of obtaining one).
- Strong desire to work with children in a school-based setting.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
