 Setting: Teletherapy / Virtual School-Based Services

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide remote teletherapy services to students in Jackson, Mississippi. This position offers flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful impact on the communication skills and academic success of children across various grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students via virtual platforms

• Conduct virtual assessments and participate in eligibility evaluations

• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

• Maintain detailed, timely documentation and progress notes

• Collaborate virtually with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

• Attend IEP meetings and other required sessions remotely

• Use teletherapy tools and technology effectively to engage students

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

• Valid Mississippi SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Mississippi

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Previous experience with teletherapy preferred but not required

• Strong communication and technology skills

• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace for teletherapy sessions
