Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with appropriate state licensure or pending licensure
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Eagerness to learn, receive feedback, and grow professionally
- Strong time management abilities and responsible work ethic
- Passion for working with children from diverse backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver speech-language therapy for students
- Work closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Document sessions and track student advancement in compliance with guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, team-driven atmosphere
- Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision from experienced SLPs
