Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Houston, TX

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and SLP licensure in Texas
- Strong drive to work collaboratively and manage tasks independently
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Compassion for students with diverse backgrounds and needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy for students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, sharing observations and progress updates
- Seek mentorship and guidance from a robust support network for professional growth during your CFY
