Position Overview:
Are you a passionate and driven recent grad ready to launch your career as a Speech-Language Pathologist? We’re excited to welcome a Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) to our school-based team in Houston, TX! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you'll gain hands-on experience, receive strong mentorship, and make a real difference in students' lives.
What You’ll Do:

Assessment Support: Assist with speech and language evaluations under the guidance of a certified supervisor

Therapy Implementation: Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions with ongoing support

Collaborative Planning: Partner with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop student-centered plans

Monitor Growth: Track student progress and adjust interventions based on team input

IEP Participation: Contribute to IEP meetings and documentation with mentorship from your CF supervisor

Professional Learning: Take part in trainings, workshops, and on-the-job coaching to build your clinical skills
What You’ll Need:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Eligibility for TX SLP licensure

A strong desire to work in a school setting and grow professionally

Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
