About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Hoover, AL. In this role, you’ll work with students to assess speech and language needs, develop individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with educators to ensure each child’s success.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.

  • Develop and implement IEP goals.

  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
    Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Current Alabama SLP license or eligibility.

  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Experience with school-aged children a plus.
