Position: Speech-Language Pathologist – Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY)
Location: Near Hapeville, GA
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $38 - $45 per hour (Based on experience)
Caseload: PreK - 12th grade (Candidate's preference)

Are you a new graduate Speech-Language Pathologist eager to start your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)? This is your chance to join a collaborative school-based team that provides structured mentorship, professional guidance, and hands-on experience to help you build confidence as a clinician. We’re looking for dedicated and motivated SLP-CFs who are passionate about helping students develop their communication skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide speech and language therapy services for students with diverse needs.
- Work under the guidance of an experienced CCC-SLP mentor to ensure a strong foundation.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to support individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation of progress.
What You Need to Apply:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) in Georgia.
- Active Georgia SLP license (or in process of obtaining one).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for working in a school-based setting.
