Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Job Description:
We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Michigan. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. This role involves working collaboratively with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that support communication and developmental goals.
Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide direct therapy services to clients across age groups

Document progress and adjust therapy as needed

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings (if working in schools)

Educate patients, families, and staff on communication strategies
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current Michigan SLP license (or eligibility)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
-
Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Experience in schools, clinics, or healthcare settings is a plus
