Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible for or in the process of completing Clinical Fellowship (CFY) requirements
- Provisional state licensure or eligibility for Texas licensure as an SLP
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Collaborative spirit with the initiative for effective independent time management
- Dedication to supporting children from diverse backgrounds, especially those with limited access to services
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students as part of their individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and develop goal-focused treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of evaluations, sessions, and student progress
- Work seamlessly with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure cohesive support
- Participate in student meetings and collaborate with a dynamic team for optimal outcomes
