Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) to join our team on a full-time contract basis in the Dallas, TX area schools. This is an on-site position offering a supportive environment where you can grow your clinical skills under the guidance of experienced SLP mentors.
Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP-CCC.

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify speech/language needs.

Assist in developing and implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals and treatment plans.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student progress.

Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute to discussions regarding student services.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.

Support bilingual (Spanish/English) students to promote communication success and academic achievement.
Requirements

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Eligible for Texas SLP license and ready to begin Clinical Fellowship Year.

Strong interest in school-based practice and supporting diverse student populations.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred, but not required.

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn under the guidance of an experienced mentor.
