Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) to join Fort Myers, FL-area schools. This full-time role provides hands-on, school-based experience under the supervision of a licensed SLP, helping students with diverse communication needs develop essential speech and language skills. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates looking to complete their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language screenings and assessments under the supervision of a licensed SLP.

Assist in developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans.

Provide direct therapy services to students across multiple grade levels.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.

Document therapy sessions, maintain accurate records, and track student progress.

Participate in supervision and professional development activities to meet ASHA CFY requirements.
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Eligibility for Florida state license and Clinical Fellowship placement.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required.

Passion for helping students achieve communication and academic success.
